The hotel was a mixed experience, with rooms fit for royalty but a delayed check-in process. The service stood out with super friendly staff despite staffing challenges. The location was great for beach access but had some limitations. Dining was a mix of chaos and quality. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so good. The balcony windows offering an ocean view were stunning but unfortunately dirty. The rooms weren't spotless when I arrived, though having two bathrooms and a separate bedroom area was a nice touch. The first room was ready promptly, but the second room wasn't available until after 6:30 pm, which was a bit inconvenient.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were just as nice as any Embassy Suites we typically stay at, and the housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything fresh and clean for the four nights. However, the mold smell in the room was a bit of a downer but was remediated promptly. The service was pleasant, friendly, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was great for my family trip, offering a quiet end of the beach and a doable walk to dining opportunities. The dining experience was superb, much better than most places I've been to. Overall, a great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. On one hand, the rooms were dark and dated, but they offered a nice North partial view of the Atlantic and were decently sized for my family of five. Unfortunately, the room was infested with cockroaches. The service was a bit inconsistent, with some staff members being pleasant and friendly, while others seemed overwhelmed and clueless on handling the guest volume. The location was great for my purpose, within walking distance of restaurants and the pier, but the hotel lacked proper management of the guest volume. The dining experience was convenient, especially with our kids, offering a well-stocked breakfast, but there were some room for improvement. As for the facilities, they were basic but satisfactory, meeting our needs during the stay.
